How long does a toilet installation take?
A straightforward swap of an existing toilet takes two to three hours. A new toilet installation where soil pipe or supply pipework needs altering takes longer. We will give you a clear time estimate when we quote.
Will you take away my old toilet?
Yes. We remove and dispose of your old toilet as part of the installation. The area is left clean and tidy.
What type of toilet should I choose?
Close coupled toilets are the most common and cost effective. Back to wall or wall hung toilets give a cleaner modern look. Comfort height toilets are best for accessibility. We can advise on what works best for your bathroom.
Do I need to buy the toilet before you arrive?
You can buy your own toilet or we can supply one through our trade accounts. If you buy your own please have it on site before we arrive. We will check it is compatible before starting.
Can you install a toilet where there was not one before?
Yes. We can run new supply pipework and connect into the soil stack or install a macerator if the soil stack is too far away. This is more involved than a swap but we do it regularly.
Is the warranty included?
Yes. All our toilet installations come with our workmanship guarantee. The toilet itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
