Your heating system has broken down and you need it fixed fast. Our Gas Safe registered emergency heating engineers provide urgent central heating repairs to get your home warm again.

Emergency Heating Services

Comprehensive emergency heating repairs for every type of central heating fault.

Complete Heating Failure

Entire heating system not working. No radiators heating up at all. We diagnose the complete system including boiler, pump, controls and pipework to find the root cause.

Partial Heating Failure

Some rooms warm but others stay cold. Often caused by airlocks, sludge build-up, faulty radiator valves or unbalanced systems. We identify and fix each affected radiator.

Intermittent Heating Faults

Heating works sometimes but not reliably. Intermittent faults can be difficult to trace. We use systematic diagnosis to find the cause even when the fault is not present at the time.

Heating System Leaks

Pressure keeps dropping and the boiler shuts down. We find the leak whether it is in a radiator, pipework, boiler or heating component and repair it.

Cold Radiators at Bottom

Radiator hot at the top but cold at the bottom. This indicates sludge or debris build-up. We can flush individual radiators or recommend a full system powerflush.

Heating Not Responding to Controls

Heating does not come on when the programmer says it should, or does not reach the set temperature. Usually a programmer, thermostat or motorised valve fault.

Emergency Heating Services FAQs

Common questions about emergency central heating repairs

What counts as a heating emergency?

Complete loss of heating during cold weather, a heating system leak causing water damage, carbon monoxide alarm activation, gas smell from the heating system, or loss of heating for households with children, elderly or vulnerable residents.

How long does a heating repair take?

Many heating faults are diagnosed within 30 minutes. If the required part is in the van the repair can be completed within an hour. Some specialist parts may require a follow up visit which we arrange as quickly as possible.

Can you repair all types of central heating system?

Yes. Our engineers are experienced with all common domestic central heating systems including combi boiler systems, system boiler with unvented cylinder, and regular boiler with vented cylinder systems.

Why does my heating system keep losing pressure?

Pressure loss usually means there is a leak somewhere in the system. It could be a visible leak from a radiator valve or pipe, or a concealed leak under the floor. We can trace and repair the leak.

Should I turn my heating off if it is faulty?

If you hear unusual banging noises, smell burning or see water leaking, turn the heating off. If your carbon monoxide alarm activates, turn everything off, ventilate the property immediately and call us or the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

How often should I have my heating system serviced?

We recommend an annual boiler service and heating system check. Regular servicing catches worn parts before they fail and keeps your heating running efficiently. We offer annual service plans.
